Here is a print looking down towards the village of Warter. The spire of St.James’s church, now a Wolds visitor centre can just be seen. This is an iPad painting done at the site. I am near Farberry Farm looking north, the hidden valley of Great Dug Dale lies across the foreground field. Partridge seek food in the emerging crop in the water sodden field.
