Beverley’s churches from a wintry Swinemoor.

I painted this on a large canvas at the site, standing on the River Hull embankment looking towards Beverley. It was strange to see the familiar churches in reverse, I am so used to seeing them from the Westwood. Took me two visits to paint. Here is a print showing the waterlogged pasture with horses here and there.
