I painted this when staying at Seatoller. The road to Thorneythwaite farm hugs the fell side. Coming out of winter and into early spring. This blackthorn shone like it was illuminated. The bracken was still golden Brown. This is an original oil on canvas painting. The canvas itself is a linen canvas, which is a bit special, can be delivered locally to BEVERLEY.
