One of my favourite spots. This is a track alongside a plantation near Etton Westwood Farm off Warter Road. The landscape is described by the farming year, here, we are in mid June and the fields are full of cereal crops. The wide vistas are broken by woodland, hereabouts often named after certain people. The woods are a haven for wildlife and a variety of animals can be seen. However, mostly, I appreciate the verges here which still are home to some old, ancient wild flowers not seen elsewhere.
